Plans are bought inside the app through Razorpay and are one time payments for the period you choose.

Refunds

If you were charged twice, or paid and did not receive your plan, write to us with your payment reference and we will review it and resolve it promptly.

Other cases

Plans already in use are not normally refundable. We will consider genuine problems case by case.
