By using Family Guard you agree to these terms.
Using the app
You must be old enough to enter a contract, or have a parent or guardian agree for you. Only share location and recordings of people who know and agree.
Not an emergency service
Family Guard helps you alert people you trust. It does not replace calling police, ambulance or other emergency services, and we cannot guarantee delivery in every network condition.
Subscriptions
Plus and Premium plans are paid in advance for the chosen period and are bought inside the app. Features depend on your plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to stalk, harass or track anyone without consent, or to break the law.
Changes
We may update these terms and the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
